Why do some of the prices have a range?

People have different lengths and thicknesses of hair and some services require extra time or product to deliver the desired results. The majority of people will fall into the category of the lower price, and if you aren't sure or have a set budget, I'd be happy to consult with you and give a more accurate quote!

What happens if I don't love my hair once I get home?​

It's incredibly important to me that you love your hair! If you feel any adjustments need to be made (this does not include deciding you dislike the look we agreed upon during our consultation) please let me know within 7 days so I can perfect things to the best of my ability!

How should I prepare for my color or lightening appointment?​

Please arrive with clean hair washed within the past 48 hours and without any product in it. I also ask that you don't wear high collars or your favorite shirt - I do my best to protect you from color but accidents do happen. We also offer sleek and comfortable robes you can change into at the salon to be extra safe!

How can I care for my colored hair?​

Please wait 48 hours before washing your hair (getting it wet is fine) to prevent premature fading of the color. Using color safe sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners is also crucial to promoting color longevity and healthy, happy hair!
